Heidi Bader Lic Ac, M.B.Ac.C., D.N.Med
I grew up on a farm in Surrey and have always had a love of the natural world and natural forms of medicine & healing.
My interest in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine started after spending some time is China in 1992 and observing how the traditional forms of medicine were used. The attraction of this form of medicine is its ability to work with the laws of nature/thus enabling the body to help itself.
I started my training in Acupuncture after I returned to England and studied at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading 1996. I graduated from the College in Oct 1999 gaining my Licentiate in Acupuncture. This training combines both the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Conventional Medical Sciences. I started working from home but now work from clinics in Reigate and Limpsfield, both in Surrey.
I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and a member of my Regional Practitioner Group in Ripley. This group supports the Continual Professional Develpment of qualified practitioners. Further post graduate training in Pregnancy and Childbirth, Muscular Skeletal conditions have been completed. I also use acupuncture to support patients who are undergoing cancer treatment.
The intention of my treatment is to restore and maintain wellbeing and is provided for you in a safe, caring and relaxing environment. Dietary and lifestyle changes are also recommended. I am happy to have a FREE informal chat to discuss your suitability for Acupuncture treatment.
